3. Estimates and Authorization
Before beginning major repair work, Den Diesel may provide an estimate based on the initial inspection and diagnostic findings.
Please note that an estimate is not always a final price. Additional repairs, labor, or parts may become necessary if hidden damage or previously unknown issues are discovered during the repair process. When reasonably possible, we will communicate significant additional work or costs and seek authorization before proceeding.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless another written payment arrangement has been agreed upon.
Customers are responsible for all authorized charges, including applicable labor, parts, materials, diagnostic fees, taxes, towing or third-party charges, and other applicable service costs.
Den Diesel may retain possession of a vehicle as permitted by applicable law until outstanding authorized charges have been paid in full.
5. Parts and Materials
We may use OEM, aftermarket, remanufactured, or other suitable replacement parts depending on availability, customer preference, vehicle requirements, and the nature of the repair.
Parts availability and delivery times are outside our direct control. Delays caused by suppliers, manufacturers, shipping providers, or other third parties may affect the completion time of repairs.
Any applicable parts or service warranty will be explained to the customer where available.
6. Repair Time and Delays
Repair completion times are estimates only. Actual completion may depend on diagnostics, the complexity of the repair, technician availability, parts availability, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Den Diesel is not responsible for business losses, lost income, missed deliveries, rental costs, or other indirect expenses resulting from repair delays, except where required by applicable law.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate information about their vehicle, including known mechanical issues, warning lights, previous repairs, modifications, and any other information that may affect diagnostics or repairs.
Customers are also responsible for removing personal belongings and valuable items from their vehicle before service begins. Den Diesel is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property left inside a vehicle, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Vehicle Condition and Existing Damage
Den Diesel is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, wear and tear, or unrelated issues discovered before, during, or after service.
Some repairs may reveal additional underlying problems that were not reasonably identifiable during the initial inspection. Such issues may require additional diagnostics or repairs.
9. Emergency and Roadside Assistance
Emergency and roadside assistance are subject to technician availability, service area limitations, road and weather conditions, traffic, safety requirements, and other circumstances.
Any estimated arrival time is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.
10. Fleet Services
Fleet service agreements may be subject to separate written contracts, pricing arrangements, service schedules, and additional terms. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separately signed fleet agreement, the written fleet agreement will generally control with respect to the applicable fleet services.
11. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all website content, service descriptions, availability, pricing, or other information will always be complete, accurate, or current.
Den Diesel reserves the right to modify, update, or remove website content and services without prior notice.
